How to use
You Will Need:
- 500g Diced Chicken
- 200g Pad Thai Rice Noodles
- 4 Spring Onions, Sliced
- 1 Medium Carrot, Shredded
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- Crushed Peanuts
- Bean Sprouts
- Chopped Coriander
In The Pack:
- Pad Thai Sauce
- Finishing Sauce
- Chilli & Onion Flakes
SEAR: Prepare noodles according to pack. Flash fry Chilli & Onion Flakes in a hot and well-oiled wok for 5 seconds. Add chicken and fry for 3 minutes or until sealed.
COOK: Push chicken to side of wok, add beaten egg and allow to set for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry chicken, egg and vegetables together for another minute.
TOSS: Add prepared noodles and toss through with other ingredients. Pour Pad Thai Sauce into wok, stir until noodles are well coated and sauce is well heated. Drizzle Finishing Sauce to serve.
